Episode 9. The lost episode.
January 13th, 2009
It hasn’t been edited, so I guess that means you’re getting the “extended” version.
As Mark prophetically points out, “There’s no show-noting this one.”

Episode 8 (Yes, we skipped ep. 7)
June 22nd, 2008
Well alright! We’re back with episode 8! What happened to episode 7? Well, it turned out to be a mishmash of stuff that we weren’t happy with, even though we had 2 guests! Maybe we’ll release it someday, but we’re going to take parts of it and inject them into some sort of intro or future things… so without further ado, Episode 8! It’s a short one that waxes pretty philosophical. Enjoy!
Be Back Soon!
May 6th, 2008
Just a quick update… we’ll be coming back soon with episode 7 and more new episodes… hopefully starting this week or next. Thanks for being patient!

Hmmm… not part of the plan.
March 25th, 2008
Hey everyone,
warrior mark here, just wanted to give a quick update. there’s a bit of an indefinite delay on ep. 7 and future podcasts right now, as we have to put things on hold for a while due to our lives in meatspace… dont worry, we’re not going away… at least not for long.
thanks to everyone who’s listened to the show so far and everyone who’s supported our efforts. you can still hit us up here on the site or via email.
stay tuned!

Ep. 7 is in the works!
March 21st, 2008
Yo so we’re a bit behind on ep 7. It’s all recorded, and we tried something new, so stay tuned… We’ve been busy with work, college basketball, and America’s Best Dance Crew (mostly work tho’ unfortunately).
We’re sad that Kaba Modern is gone, but we love the JabbaWockeeZ.
We’ll be back soon!

Episode 6 (feat. Paul)
March 7th, 2008
This week the 8bit Warriors welcome back Paul! He’s pissed that he missed a bunch of stuff, but specifically the following:
- American Gladiators
- MegaMan 2
- Intellectual Whores
Pip decides to play guest this week to Paul and Mark. Paul spills Heineken on his nuts. And we forgot to start recording earlier, like usual. Oh, and we added some music this week as well…
- We finally hit on classic video game weapons. Zelda’s Boomerang and Bombs. Most Mario Bros. Powerups. Contra guns. The dagger from Ghosts ‘n’ Goblins. PacMan and his Power Pellet.
- The NES Power Pad and cheats.
- Excitebike was the first game with a battery backup, but Legend of Zelda was the first to actually work properly.
- Paul isn’t a cheating whore, he just has an Advantage. Pip just had the Max.
- Karate Champ and Urban Champion.
- Paul’s poetry moment, featuring Intellecutal Whores and The Ladder Theory.
- Another food discussion, featuring ChowHound, Potatomato, and other Xanga Foodies
- Cookies from our childhood: YanYan, Pocky (the best chocolate pencil ever), (fake?)Oreos, Girl Scout Cookies, and Handi Snacks
- A short discussion on health, mainly about sharing cigarettes
- 8-bit Game of the show: Ms. PacMan
- The Ultimate Arcade 2008. The Classic Hockey Game.
- Bonus! A Tribute to PacMan.
Oh and I messed up on our email addresses at the end of the show… but you know how to reach us: mark|at|8bitideas|dot|com or pip|at|8bitideas|dot|com

Episode 5.
February 27th, 2008
Another big week for the warriors as we manage to make something out of nothing.
- Closet commitment phobia.
- Wiki-wiki-wiki-wiki! “Robert Horry and another clutch-shooting role player, Steve Kerr, alternated NBA Championships for a decade, and combined to win twelve championships over a fourteen-year period…”
- We Americans hate our Soccer. If you’re going to watch anything, check out the EPL. I know we have the MLS… but c’mon man! It’s like hating football after watching a pee-wee league game. Maybe that was too harsh… then again, maybe it wasn’t.
- Ali. Bruce Lee. Float. Sting. Chuck Norris? Bitch, please…
- commandideationindividualizationrelatorstrategic. That’s me. What about you?
- Pizza, beer, and “falafels.” Maudite. Speaking of beer, 1100 beers? Brickskeller, DC. Represent.
- Intellectual whores?
- Correction: Thierry Henry no longer plays in the EPL. When he did, he played for Arsenal, not Man U. *shrug* Big fucking deal.
- Mario paint. Here. Here. And, here.
- Danko Jones. Dragonforce. Hair or no hair, these guys rock.
- Talent: the Dancing with the Stars live band. Oh yeah, and The JabbaWockeeZ.
- Kaba Modern: where did all the Filipino’s go? (Actually, that’s a good thing…)
- “I can’t help the poor if I’m one of them / So I got rich and gave back / To me that’s the win-win” - The Roc is in the building. Go white boy.
- 8-bit Game of the Show: Tecmo Super Bowl.
- Jacked up bonus footage! Original. Tecmo. Sean Taylor - R.I.P. bro…
- More Bonus! Ripping up Dragonforce on Guitar Hero 3
- Pip
Episode 4.
February 23rd, 2008
Slow start. Oh well. Let’s do this:
- Basketball. The crazy “NBA Street” alley-oop (top play #3) is here.
- We don’t talk about Robert Horry. But this is just awesome. (Podcast Bonus Feature!)
- “How come they don’t have a racquetball video game?”
- Mark would be willing to do the mo-cap, hopefully it’s not this…
- Restaurants. First dates. (*shrug*)
- Hole-in-the-wall joints. Good food is hard to find. This guy tries to help.
- We use this for keeping track of topics. Thank us when we save your life!
- Cooties.
- 8-bit Game of the Show: Mega Man II. Love the music.
- Pip
